Q: How Long do Orders Normally Take to Process?

Q: How Can I Find a Missing Tracking Number?

A:  We usually email customers tracking numbers as soon as they become available from the warehouse the item is shipping from, or immediately if shipping from one of our retail locations; however with items that have extended ETA, there will often be an extended period of time before tracking becomes available.  In this case, you can use the following form to request a formal update: Customer Service

Q: Do you offer installation services for the products you sell?

A: We offer installation services if you are located in Central Florida and local to our Kissimmee or Orlando locations. However, we provide detailed installation instructions with all our products to assist you in the process.

Q: Can you recommend a product for my specific vehicle?

Q: Are your products covered by a warranty?

A: Yes, most of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty details can be found in the product description or on the manufacturer's website. If you have any concerns about warranty coverage, please contact our customer service team.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Please check our Shipping & Delivery page on our website for more information on international shipping rates and delivery times.

Q: Can I place an order over the phone?

A: Yes, we offer assistance to create quotes over the phone for customers to review before finalizing orders. Q: What is your return policy?

Q: Can I order something not on your website using Financing?

A: Yes! We offer a buyer program allowing us to purchase any product from any site you provide a link for with a 20% markup, there are few limitations on this including returns aren't available on items you provide links for. Q: Do You Price Match?

A: The simple answer is Yes!  However, there are a few exclusions you should know about:

  • - We don't price match products that aren't in stock with vendors advertising them.
  • - We don't match 3rd party sites like Amazon and Ebay
  • - Financing orders aren't available for price match because of the fees we pay to the financing companies.

Q: Can I pickup Items I Order Online In Store?

A: We welcome walk in customers to all of our Central Florida Retail locations, not everything on our site are in our stores but we can order these items for pickup.  Some items (Wheels, Tires, Engine, Aerodynamics, Superchargers and Turbo kits) are larger and still require shipping charges even if being picked up in store.

Q: How do I Checkout with Financing?

A: To complete a purchase with third party financing, just add what you would like to your cart and checkout; put in your personal info on the first screen; shipping info on the second; and select the financing option on the third screen. Checkout the Video
